The new format "D.I.E. Detektive im Einsatz" was produced by Beyond Entertainment Ltd. in Australia, in cooperation with SUPER RTL. The German adaptation was realized by Tof Intermedia. The moderations for the 26 episodes were recorded in the virtual studio of VR3 virtual production in Düsseldorf with three cameras in HD.
